Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

Melnykov Media Ltd. (MML) agrees to provide digital editing and production services. The scope is strictly limited to what is outlined in the invoice. Any additional requests are billed at our standard hourly rate.

2. Payments & Ownership

Deposit: A deposit may be required to commence work.
Ownership: MML retains 100% ownership of all edited assets until full payment is settled. Upon payment, the Client receives a perpetual license to use the content.

3. Portfolio Rights

Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project, MML reserves the right to display the final work (or segments of it) in our portfolio, website, and social media channels for promotional purposes.

4. Revisions

Two (2) rounds of revisions are included. Any additional changes requested after the second round will be billed separately.

5. Cancellation (Kill Fee)

If the Client cancels the project after editing has commenced, MML reserves the right to retain the deposit or bill for 50% of the total project fee to cover time invested.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding non-appearance-based arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted via document submission or online video conference (e.g., Zoom). Personal appearance is not required.

7. Liability

MML is not responsible for the performance of the video on social media platforms (views, likes, or sales). We provide the tool; the market dictates the result.
